Is it possible for me to become pregnant when I am no where near my peak day? Like right after or before my period?

Hi there, to learn when you're fertile (i.e. when you can become pregnant), you can apply the 4 rules of using the Fertility Awareness Method. It IS possible to get pregnant from having sex right after your period, depending on how long that cycle is and when you ovulate during that cycle. After you've confirmed ovulation and have waited at least three days after the temp shift and 4 days after the peak day, it's not possible to get pregnant for the rest of your cycle. If you're using FAM as birth control and you haven't confirmed ovulation with a sustained temp shift and peak day, you'll want to consider yourself fertile until you get your period. When in doubt, assume you're fertile :)

Hi, my doubt is about how to mark the sex when occurs at 12 am or a little bit later. Like night of day before or early morning of that day? (e.12 am of friday could be mark like thursday night?) thanks!!

Hi bereloo, you can mark late-night sex as the night of the day before if you'd like, or you could mark it was early morning of the next day.  Therre's no set rule about this, so whatever makes more sense for you to help you keep track of things is totally fine :)

Hi Ma-Shore, I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having conceiving.  It's good that you've been taking prenatal vitamins, but to truly maximize your chances of getting pregnant you may want to consider start tracking your fertility with fertility awareness.

How do I calculate my safe periods

Hi Carol, thanks for your question!  If you don't want to get pregnant, it's best to confirm your fertile days with the daily observation of the primary fertility signs. You can confirm when you're fertile by tracking your temperatures and cervical fluid each day, and applying the 4 rules of using the Fertility Awareness Method as birth control (https://kindara.zendesk.com/entries/22043400-The-4-rules-of-using-the-Fertility-Awareness-Method-as-birth-control-explained).

If you need more info on how to check your primary fertility signs and what they mean, check out our knowledge base: https://kindara.zendesk.com/home. There's tons of useful info in there.

I hope this is helpful.  Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

What if we have unprotected sex in my fertile days but my husband is unable to ejaculate on a couple of those days, can I still fall pregnant?

Hi! I have been trying & was only charting my ovulation by my period. I just starting charting my temperature but it's all over the place. I have insomnia & I wake up a million times. I've been trying to take it the first time I wake up, but it goes up & down! Any tips for people with strange sleep cycles? Thank you so much!!!

The last time I had periods was on the 12th of April, 2016. I had unprotected sex where the guy used the 'pull out' method on the 24th of April. What are the chances that I could get pregnant ?
