Love this article!! Wonderful. Particularly like the prospective you provide when you talk about how we don't use descriptive terms like penile discharge. Thank you! I'll share this.

How do you tell te difference between spotting and cf after your period? Also, how would you classify cf that looks and feels and looks more like snot when you have a cold. Thick and yellow but not really sticky.

Hey Elizabeth, if there's any red fluid present, then you can record it as spotting. If it's brown, but appears thick, and sticky, like sticky cervical fluid, then you can record both sticky CF and spotting for that day. The thick CF that you're talking about sounds like a mixture of sticky and creamy CF. If you're not sure which of the two to mark, mark both in the app.
