    Congratulations on figuring out what works best for you! If I have a similar problem where I would like to regulate my cycle, how long should I try it out for? For example, if I start eating new foods, should I give it 3 months? 6 months? How will I know if what I'm doing is good for me or not?

    The answer to this is that it varies from person to person. Some people will notice a difference right away after changing their diet, whereas for others, it can take longer. So, it's a matter of paying close attention to your body and keeping track of any differences you notice. Tracking your fertility will help with that :)

    If you're making drastic changes, make sure you're still getting a balanced diet.
