Hi Crystal, thanks for contacting us!  I'm sorry about the trouble with your cervical fluid - I know how confusing it can feel when your body isn't behaving exactly as expected.  Rest assured, these things get easier with time as you learn to recognize your unique fertility pattern. Here's a blog post that describes how to classify your cervical fluid:

And here are some photos of what cervical fluid often looks like throughout your cycle:

I hope that helps.  Let me know if I can help with anything else!

I'm having difficulty identifying what sort of cervical fluid I am having. I have dried white discharge on my underwear, and the surface of my vagina is moist with a watery like substance but I really isn't enough to get hardly anything on my toilet paper or finger. I would either rate it as nothing or a little watery but they seem like he 2 opposite extremes. Do you think you could provide me with a link to some photos of what I should be looking for for rah classification. I am also breastfeeding post pardum and have not started my cycles that we know of. I started chartig again this week and hav not yet had a period. I had a negative pregnancy test about a week ago.

The video is only playing the first second and then shutting off and taking me back to the main screen.

Hi Jocelyn, I'm so sorry about the trouble with the video!  Are you trying to watch this on your phone by any chance?  Unfortunately, we're experiencing an issue with Vimeo and iOS 8 right now that we're currently trying to fix.  In the meantime, you'll need to watch this video via your web browser and it'll work.  I'm so sorry about the trouble!

If you click on this link, it should take you there: https://kindara.zendesk.com/entries/30351194

Please excuse the inconvenience and please let me know if you need anything else!

Hi! I've been trying to watch the videos posted and they don't work! I click play and the screen changes as if to play the video but it immediately closes and quits and brings me back to this page. I use iOS (iPhone 5). Help!

You can record all types of CF that you noticed for that day. The app will record them all, and the most fertile type of CF that you recorded for that day will show up on the chart.

I have a question about cervical fluid.. if my CF changes throughout the day, should I record all what I noticed or just the one? Will the app allow me to change or add many types of CF?

How do you know if your cervix is open or closed?

Hey Melissa! This article explains how to track your cervical changes (including whether the opening is open or closed): https://kindara.zendesk.com/entries/23861856-What-is-cervix-tracking-

Hope this is helpful :) If the article doesn't answer your question, just let me know.
