Hey there, If you post a comment on your chart, anyone who has commented on or is following your chart will receive a notification. You may get a response that way. And, like I said above, we're working on adding options to make updated charts more visible - so please stay tuned for that!

Why won't it let me share a another chart with the community? It keeps going back to my old chart?

Hey sbrit, it's not possible to re-share a chart to the Community. Sorry about that! Commenting on the chart will send a notification to anyone who has commented on or is following that chart, so you may get some responses that way.

How will I know if my chart is updating? It looks like it isn't. Do I need to reshare it?

Does your chart automatically update daily with the new info you enter after you have shared it once?

    Hi Abby,

You'll know your chart is updating simply by tapping your chart in the My Charts section.  Sometimes there's a slight delay between entering new data and it showing up on your shared chart, but you don't need to reshare it :)

    Hi TheKoschkas,

Thanks for writing!  Currently if you've already shared a chart, it will update but not appear at the top of the feed.  We did this because we want to give everyone an equal chance to appear near the top, but we've also realized that this can be disappointing when you're looking for new feedback.  So we're currently working on a solution to this that we hope to implement in the future.  If you haven't gotten feedback, but would like some, you can send your chart into Feedback@kindara.com and we'd be happy to take a look.

Hey there, Yes, your chart will update as you add new data. However, right now it's not possible to move a chart up in the feed - we're working on adding smaller groups and more options that will allow updated charts to be more visible. So, please stay tuned for that!

    Hi Heidi,

I'm sorry that your chart isn't showing up.  Have you shared this particular chart before?  If so, it will not return to the top of the feed but rather stay in it's original location.  We did this so that everyone has a chance to be at the top of the chart feed, but we know it isn't ideal and we're trying to work on a better solution for this.  If you have NOT shared the chart before, please write in to Feedback@kindara.com and I can take a look at your account to see if something weird is going on!

Hi, how can I change the tags on shared chart? I tried deleting (unshared) and re share again, but the chart comes with the original tags that I used?

I shared a chart mid cycle, but would like to post it again (getting close to the end of my cycle) for advice, is there now a way to do that so it pops up again? Reposting on the chart got me nowhere. Thanks in advance!!

Hi sn55, Right now, it's not possible to edit or delete tags from a chart that's already been shared. Sorry about that! We're working on fixing this for a future version.

Hi there! I'm trying to post my first chart but after adding tags and clicking share it says,'unable to post story'. Any suggestions? Thank you :)

I keep getting a 'cannot share chart error'. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mrs. Garcia, I'm so sorry about that!  That sounds really frustrating - I'll do everything I can to get this sorted out for you.  As a first step, could you double check that you're connected to a stable internet connection?  If you are, please try logging out of the app and then logging back in again.  Before you log out, please check your data on the web portal (app.kindara.com) and make sure everything looks right on there.  You can log in to the web portal with your email and password.  Please let me know if the app is still misbehaving after trying this!

Hey there! Go to the Cycles page in the app and tap the export button next to the chart you accidentally unshared to reshare it to the Community. You'll need to enter your description and tags again, but once you repost it, any comments that were on your chart before you unshared it will reappear. Your chart will repost to the position where it was previously, not to the top of the Community.

I'm frustrated bc I shared my chart a few days ago and now when I comment/ ask for help and input no one can see it bc it's not on the feed!

If you can't move your chart to the top is there anyway to get it noticed so you can get some help ?

I have the same issue as Abbie. It's very frustrating as the community is of no use if you can't share your chart and ask questions more than once! I'll have to export as a pic and share elsewhere for advice but it makes your community pointless, especially for those of us who are new and don't have any followers. Really would be worth getting that sorted.
