    Hi Darina,

I'm so sorry about this! I totally understand how disappointing that must be - especially when you want to share your chart with everyone! I hope I can clarify why this might be happening.

Right now, if you re-share a chart that has been shared before, it will not return to the top of the feed, it will remain in its original position in the feed. We chose to do this so that everyone would have an equal chance to appear at the top of the feed. However, we recognize that this means users who re-share charts with new questions don't always get the attention they deserve, so we're currently devising a solution to this. So stay tuned for for future expansions to our community feature!

I'm so sorry about this - I understand this is disappointing. If there's anything else I can do for you please don't hesitate to let me know.

I've tried to share mine a few times and it just freezes up. Not sure what's going on.

Hi Kristin, I'm so sorry about that! I completely understand how frustrating that would be - I'll do everything I can to get this sorted out for you.

Here are two general troubleshooting methods you can try, but if neither of these work, please let me know as you may have found a bug.

The first method is to close the app completely and then reopen it. To do this, double tap the "Home" button on your device. This should bring up a list of apps that are currently running on your phone. Scroll to Kindara and hold down your finger on the rectangular preview of the app just above its icon, and swipe upwards (it will disappear off the screen.) Then re-open the app.

If the issue still persists, you can try deleting the app entirely off your phone and re-downloading it.

Before you delete your app, please send us your local database so that we have a copy of any data that is stored locally on your device. To do this, tap the More screen, then tap Settings. At the top of the screen, you will see your email address displayed above the row that says Goal. Hold down your finger on your email address. After a few seconds, you'll see a popup that asks, "Send Database?" Tap Yes. This sends us a copy of everything saved on your phone so we have a backup in case something goes wrong.

Finally, please log out of Kindara, delete the app from your phone, re-download the app, and then log back in.

Please let me know if the app is still giving you trouble after trying these steps. Thank you for being so understanding!

    Hi Gina!

If you can't see your chart, please write in to Feedback@kindara.com with the email address that you use for your Kindara account.  This way we can take a look at your account and see what is going on.  Thanks!

I posted a comment on my chart that I had initially shared a couple days ago, asking a question, but no one is replying. Is this because I don't have enough tags? Or because I had shared it already? Can you post some best practices for getting comments on your chart? I love the community feature and like being able to comment and support on my fellow ladies' charts, but then I don't get the feedback/support I'm hoping for. But I HAVE gotten a few friends onto Kindara already and we love it. Thanks so much!!
