If I wanted to print out my chart, will it be fit a normal size of paper or will it be extremely small? Also, if I wanted to send it as a picture, how big is the picture when I export it?

The total size of the chart depends on how long your chart is, and how many Custom Data rows you have. However yes, the chart will be MUCH bigger than it is in the app :)

I recently shared my chart and I want to re-share it now that it has more data but when I click to share it the chart position doesn't change i.e. It stays so far down the list from days ago that nobody sees it to comment. What am I doing wrong?

So once this cycle is over, if I don't save it, I won't have access to past charts?

    I found my answer! ;-)

Hi ejwilk, Right now, it's not possible to move charts up in the feed. Sorry about that! We're working on adding smaller groups and other options that will make it easier for women to see updated charts. So, please stay tuned for that!

Melissah - glad to hear you found your answer :) But yes, you'll always have access to past charts via the Cycles page, the Calendar view, or our user web portal

I really like this feature! Going to bring my charts to my doctor.  However, I can only figure out to print Cycle 7.  But I wanna take all my cycles.  How do I do that?

Hi ksgs - you have a few options! You can either:

    a) Share all of your charts with your practitioner via the practitioner portal. To do this, tap the More icon in the app, then tap Sharing, then Share with Practitioner - then enter your practitioner's email address. Your practitioner will receive an invitation to create a special practitioner account with Kindara so they can view your charts online.

    b) Print your charts from the web portal. Log in to the web portal with the email and password you used to create your Kindara account, go to the Charts, screen, then print each cycle from there.

    c) Email your charts to yourself from the app so you can print them. To email your charts to yourself, tap More->Cycles, then tap the export button next to the chart that you want to print.

    Hope this helps :)

Surftheworld - sorry about that :/ Posting a comment on your chart will send a notification to anyone who has commented on or is following your chart - so you may get a response that way!

Can someone explain the terminology to me when charting. When I posted my chart I was asked to choose 5 options to describe my chart but I only knew for sure 4 options related to me. Or is there somewhere i can find the answers on the app?

Hi there, If less than 5 of the provided tagging options applies to you, you can always make up your own. Examples include whether you're on any meds (just list the medication as the tag), how long you've been charting (in months), whether you've had children before, or any other personal information you feel is relevant.

How do I delete a shared chart? Every time I try to remove it and repost, it just brings back the original one I posted.

Hi Tracey, I'm afraid we can't re-share charts right now... this is something we plan on adding in the future though, so please stay tuned for that!  I'm so sorry about the disappointment :/

I can't seem to be able to scroll right in my app to see all the tags - I can only see the first three tags but can't scroll any further at all. How can I scroll?

Hi Asiyarazaq!  To post your chart to the community feed, tap the upload icon in the corner of the chart screen (it looks like a blue square with an arrow pointing upwards). You can also find this button in the More -> Cycles Screen (simply tap the icon next to the cycle you wish to share). When you tap this icon, a popup will appear asking you if you'd like to 'Share Chart with Community,' 'Export Chart as PDF,' or 'Export Chart as Picture.'

Tap 'Share Chart with Community.' The app will next give you a preview of your chart and ask you to enter a short story describing your chart. It doesn't need to be too long, but you'll need to enter a sentence or two describing your chart or giving some background about your chart for other people to read :)

Next, the app will ask you to add tags to your chart. You can type tags manually into the row below your chart preview, or you can choose tags from the pre-populated list in the next row down (swipe to the left to scroll through the pre-populated tags). You need to add at least 5 tags to your chart.

Finally, tap the Share button in the upper-right corner of the screen. You're done! Your chart has now been shared with the community and will appear on the community feed.  Hope that helps!

Hi Irena, I'm so sorry about that!  Hm, Kindara is supposed to simply scroll to the right when you drag your finger to the left on the tag bar, but if it's not doing so you may have found a bug.  If the app is still giving you trouble, please send an email to feedback@kindara.com with the details and I'll look into it right away.  Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi gribowjm, I'm so sorry about this!  It sounds like you may have found a bug.  Would you mind letting me know what email address your account is under by writing in to feedback@kindara.com?  I'll look into it right away.  Thanks!

Hmm... I have a Samsung galaxy s4... Is there a way I can share my chart with a friend? Because I don't see that lil icon on the bottom right of my chart.

Hi Miss Gigi, I'm so sorry about this, but I'm afraid that our Android app doesn't have an export chart option right now.  However, this is a feature we plan on adding in the future - so sorry about the inconvenience!  If you have any questions about this, please let me know.

Hey Miss Gigi, I also just wanted to let you know that in the meantime, you can take a screenshot of your chart if you'd like.  To take a screenshot on the Samsung Galaxy s4, press and hold the standby key on the right side and the home button at the same time. Wait for the border around the screen to flash white.  This will save an image of your current screen to your phone that you can send to your friend.

Hi, I am new and pretty confused ( that's not hard for me these days :) with the community chart section will my charts automatically get posted to this app at the end of each cycle or do I choose to do that ? And if I do how do I ? Hope this made sense , cheers

    Hi Go The Frogs,

Thanks so much for contacting us! Kindara will never, ever share any of your personal fertility data unless you specifically request that your chart be shared with the community.

Sharing your chart also has several confirmation steps that must be completed before the chart shows up in the community feed, so it's very very unlikely that you could unintentionally share your chart by mistake :) Participation in the community is 100% optional, so you're perfectly welcome to simply use Kindara as a private experience if that's what you prefer.

I hope this helps! Feel free to let me know if you have any more questions or comments.

Hi lumarla, I'm so sorry about this!  What kind of device are you using?  If you're using an iPhone 5 or 6, the button was moved to the top of the screen due to the screen size of these phones.  If you're using an Android device, unfortunately we don't have an export option to Android yet, though this is something we'll be working on soon!

Hi Nikitsir, I'm so sorry about this but I'm afraid we actually don't have an export option for our Android app right now.  This is a popular request we get though and we plan on adding it in the future.  Once again I apologize for the inconvenience!  Please let me know if you have any other questions I can help with.

Hello! Still waiting on that export button in the Android app :)

I have a doctor appointment in a couple of days, and I would like to bring my charts with me. But when I emailed them to myself, they came as a spreadsheet. I would really prefer to bring the actual graphs. I know that I can print the screen from the web portal, and I know I can take a screenshot from my phone (although it's difficult to get the entire chart on the screen at the same time). My issue is that I can't figure out a way to print the screen from the web portal and also have the journal entries included on the page. Is the only way around this going to be piecing it together between the graph on the screen and the emailed spreadsheet? If so--so much work!!
