I love that we can customize these. It would be very helpful in my opinion if my added symptoms stayed available as opposed to having to retype recurring symptoms as a new category each time.

    Hi there,

Actually, you shouldn't have to re-enter your Custom Data fields each cycle - they should carry over from one cycle to the next. If yours aren't, please contact us at feedback@kindara.com and we'll look into it ASAP.

How to edit the custom data?

Hey kunnatee, you can edit custom data by tapping the gear next to 'Custom Data' in the Data screen. To add new Custom Data rows, tap 'Tap to Add', then enter what you want to track. To remove a row, tap the - sign in the red dot to the left of the row, then tap Delete. To re-order the rows, drag and drop the rows in the order you want them using the icon to the right of the row.

If you have any other questions about this, just let me know!

When will we be able to customize our custom inputs. I'd like to add a custom input for mg clearblue Monitor, but I need three options: "low", "high", "peak".

Also, for exercise, I'd like to list either the type (cardio vs weights), duration (so many minutes per day), or intensity (low vs med vs high).

I'm sure I could come up with more examples, but I think you get the point: The tick mark just isn't custom enough.

Hi rsayad, thanks so much for contacting us!  We totally agree with you - a non-binary custom data feature would be awesome, and we plan on adding this in the future.  I can't say when this feature will be released right now, but your request for it just moved it up the list :) If you have any other suggestions for how you'd like it to work, please let me know!

My data screen doesn't have the pencil option. The whole bottom bar is missing. In on an iPhone 5s, any idea why this is missing?

Hi K. Tjaden, hm, that's odd - I'm so sorry about this! Would you mind sending in a screenshot of this to feedback@kindara.com?  I'll look into this right away :) You can take a screenshot by hitting the home button and the power button at the same time.  Let me know if you have any questions about this!

I wish the calendar showed the cycle day number as well as dpo number. This would be useful for quick reference

Hi Tsumommie, Thank you so much for that feedback, it really helps us to know what your preferences are because that is what helps us most in building an app you'll love.  Thank you again for the suggestion!

How do you edit a data point? Like actually change what is typed? I see I can reorder the data points, add new ones and remove ones, but don't see how to change a particular one.

Oh I just found it! You press and hold on the data point you want edit.

Hello. I think my custom data feature on my phone is off. The entries multiplyou by default (ie there're 3 entries reading alcohol or pms) but when I erase multiple entries all entries are gone. What's going on??

Hi Nikitsir, I'm so sorry about that!  Hm, it sounds like you may have found a bug.  I'd first try logging out and then back into the app once to see if that solves the problem, and if not please feel free to send us an email at feedback@kindara.com and include the email address your account is under and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with a fix.  So sorry about the inconvenience!

I saw on a community chart that someone put "Mucinex" as a custom data row. Is this something that can affect fertility?

Is there a way to keep the first row of data always visible when viewing a chart? It would be like "freeze pane" in Excel. It is difficult to see what the dots for custom data are referring to. You have to follow the line all the way over to see what the label on that row is. Thanks!

Hi, is there an option add a custom data item and have its icon appear on the calendar view? That would be really helpful.

Hi sunrisred, thanks for your question!  Mucinex and other decongestants can dry up your cervical fluid, making you appear less fertile than you actually are.

Hi Steph, I totally feel you on the freeze pane!  We're actually adding this feature soon, so stay tuned :)

Hi Renee, I'm afraid there's no way to add custom data to the calendar right now, but I think that's a great idea and I'll pass it along to our product team.  Let me know if you have any other suggestions or requests!
