    There is no easy way to delete one big cycle instead of going through each day?

    Hi twista,

    No, there's not. Sorry about that :/ The reason for this is that it would cause problems with our calendar. If you'd like to delete ALL of your data and start fresh, just write us and let us know.

    Anahid55 - To delete the temperature, go to the data screen for that day and scroll backwards on the temperature wheel until you reach the '-' before the numbers start. If you need help getting to the correct day, there are three ways to do this:

     

    1) Tap the day you want to edit in the Calendar view.

    2) Swipe horizontally between days in the Data screen.

    3) Tap and hold any day in the Chart Screen to get a popup of that day's data. You can then tap the Edit button on the popup. This will bring you to the Data Screen for that particular day, and you can select or un-select any data you like.

    Can you please help, I got to day ten of my cycle and tried to enter my data but the screen jumped around and selected the start new cycle button instead of the cervical fluid options. I deselected all the data for this 'new'cycle but i still cant get back to enter data in the cycle i was on before. Am i going to have to scrap this cycle completly and wait for my next one to start again? I hope not. Thanks.

    Me again, no idea what i did but my chart is back to normal!! So no help needed on getting rid of my accidentally created cycle 3!!! Yay!

    Hi, my period was late but the app recorded it as occurring when it was expected. Even though I manually started a new cycle a week later, the incorrect cycle start is still there. When I follow the instructions above to deselect menstruation for those days, the app doesn't save my changes. What can I do to delete that cycle?

    Okay, how do I make my cycle 2 be cycle 1? My cycle 1 is blank and at the top it says 2/1/15 - 2/14/15. I don't see the need for the community to see a blank cycle 1.

    Hi Dana, thanks for contacting us!  Sorry about the trouble with your cycles - I went in and removed this empty cycle manually for you.  You may need to log out and back in again to see the changes.  Let me know if you need anything else!

    I followed the instructions above deleting all data trying to delete my first cycle (it was an anomaly) but no luck. It is still saved as a 38 day cycle. Any other suggestions?

    Hi Tara, hm - it looks like your charts already start from June 13, 2015.  If you're seeing another cycle before June 13, 2015, it's possible you need to log out and in again to force the app to sync with our servers.  If the app is still misbehaving after trying this, please let me know.

    Can you delete all of days prior to September 6th of this year? I downloaded the app back in April, but I didn't start charting until I got my IUD out, but for some reason it still says I started April 15th. It looks fine in the app right now, but for some reason it keeps flipping between saying I'm on cycle 9 (with five cycles that only last a day) and saying that I"m on cycle 1 that has lasted from April until now. I guess if you can't do that I'll just say that I menstruated at the start of September so it'll show that as a separate cycle, but it'd be nice if you could just delete it.

    Hi Tayler, thanks for contacting us! I'm happy to help you start using Kindara after getting off the pill :)  Your cycles may be a little crazy for a few months as your body adjusts from being on hormones, but once your body evens out you'll be all set to use fertility awareness to either avoid pregnancy or get pregnant.
