Cervical Position is a primary fertility sign, which means most women are able to detect changes in the cervix position in relation to the phases of their cycle. Track this in Kindara to get a more complete picture of your fertility. Read more here.
To turn cervix tracking on, tap the More icon in the bottom right hand corner of the app, then tap Settings. Tap the slider next to 'Cervix Tracking' to turn it on.
In the Data screen, there will be a new section titled “Cervix” under the Cervical Fluid section. You can now record the height (low, medium, or high), openness of the os (closed, medium, or open), and firmness (firm, medium, or soft) of your cervix. This data will be recorded underneath your chart.
