You can share your charts with your practitioner through either the app or through our user web portal (app.kindara.com). To share your charts via the web portal, log in to the portal with the email address and password you used to create your Kindara account, then click the 'Sharing' tab and enter your practitioner's email address. If you don't want your practitioner to see your custom data, journal entries, or sex data, you can unselect them here to hide them. After you click 'Invite', your practitioner will receive an email with a link that allows them to create a Kindara practitioner account. To view your data, they'll need to create an account, then click the 'Accept' button under your email on the practitioner portal.
To share your charts through the app, go to the chart view. For Android users, tap the three dots in the upper right corner and select "share with practitioner" from the dropdown. For iOS users, tap the share icon and select the "share with practitioner" from the dropdown. Then enter your practitioner's email address. If you share your charts this way, you won't have the option of hiding custom data, journal entries, or sex data.
If you want to 'unshare' your charts with your practitioner, you can do so by going to the Sharing tab of the web portal and clicking the 'Stop sharing' button under your practitioner's email address.
How to 'unshare' your charts with your practitioner: go to the sharing section of the web portal and select "stop sharing" on the practitioner you no longer wish to share with.
It's not possible to enter your own email address in the 'Share with practitioner' field. If you'd like to email your charts to yourself so you can view them online or print them, follow the instructions in this article.
