So, you’ve played around with new custom data fields but you don’t plan on upgrading.
Don’t worry! None of the data fields will be removed from your previous cycles and the data you entered for those fields will always be accessible for the duration of the time you use Kindara or Kindara Premium. However, for cycles after your free Premium Trial, you will not be able to enter new custom data fields or add data to premium custom data fields you created.
I was tracking my cramps with a Premium Custom Data field, can I change it to a toggle?
You cannot change the type of custom data field after you’ve created it. Toggle custom data is still available for Kindara Basic Users but if you’ve already added cramps as a Premium Custom data field, you won’t be able to change it to a toggle. We recommend adding a new, similar name, like Cramps! If you want to continue to track that custom data field.
Will the emojis in my chart go away?
Nope. Emojis on the chart are a fun addition and available for both Kindara Basic and Kindara Premium users. In order to have an emoji on your chart instead of a grey dot, make sure the emoji is entered at the beginning or the end of the custom data field - if the emoji is somewhere in the middle, your entry will still appear as a dot.
Can I still access the community when using Kindara Basic?
Definitely! You can continue to access the community, comment on charts, share your chart to the public community, follow users, and access notifications with Kindara Basic. However, Private Groups and Direct Messaging are Kindara Premium features, and will only be available to Premium subscribers.
What will happen to the Private Community Groups I joined?
Because private groups are a Kindara Premium feature, after your trial ends you will no longer have access to Private Community Groups.
What about Direct Messaging?
DMing is a Premium feature and will only be available to Premium subscribers. If a Premium user tries to message you, they’ll be unable to do so you, and instead notified that you’re not currently a Premium subscriber.
