Please include as much detail as possible, including the following:
- The email associated with your Kindara account
- What action you were trying to do (enter temperature, type a journal entry, etc.)
- What happened during your attempt (wouldn’t save, screen went white, app closed, etc.)
- Any troubleshooting steps you tried, if any, and what did or didn’t work
- Screen captures or videos, if necessary
Even if you were able to figure out an issue you experienced on your own, please send us a report so we can investigate. This will enable us to find and resolve the issue, as well as help us help those who are not able to figure it out on their own.
